Community Care is a recurring offering created to support the nervous system, the body, and the spirit during times of collective stress and transition. This event is rooted in the belief that healing should be accessible, gentle, and held with intention, especially when so many of us are carrying more than we can name.

These sessions are offered as one on one mini Reiki and intuitive energy healing appointments. Each session is personalized and guided by what your body and energy need in the moment. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, ungrounded, or simply in need of rest, this offering provides a quiet space to land, breathe, and receive care.

This Community Care event is offered on a sliding scale or pay what you can basis. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. My intention is to remove financial barriers and create a space where rest and healing are available to those who may not otherwise have access. Healing is not a luxury. It is a form of care that supports individuals and strengthens the community as a whole.

These sessions are especially supportive during moments of heightened stress, uncertainty, and emotional heaviness. The current social and political climate, ongoing violence, and collective grief impact us deeply, even when we try to stay grounded. Community Care exists as a gentle response to that weight, offering nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and a reminder that you are not alone.

This offering is also an act of mutual support. By participating, you are contributing to a culture of care that values rest, presence, and connection. This medicine ripples outward, supporting not only individual healing but the collective well being of the communities we move through.

Sessions are held in a calm, supportive environment and are intentionally limited to ensure each person receives attentive care. This is a space where you are welcomed exactly as you are, without pressure to explain or perform.

Community Care is an invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect. A reminder that tending to yourself is not separate from tending to the world around you.
