Essential Oils & Energetic Blends


Essential oils are used intuitively in each session, chosen to support your unique state of being. I often work with pure, therapeutic oils like lavender, eucalyptus, frankincense, and sage for their grounding, clearing, and calming properties.

For Reiki sessions, I incorporate specially crafted meditation oils by Erika Buenaflor. They are infused with premium essential oil blends, 22–33 crystals and minerals, and housed in cobalt blue glass to preserve and amplify their energetic signature. Each blend is created with intention and care, offering another layer of vibrational support as you move through your healing experience.

House-Made Massage Cream


Each batch of Sol Body massage cream is lovingly handmade with organic coconut oil and local beeswax. Simple, clean ingredients are carefully chosen to deeply nourish the skin while supporting relaxation and overall well-being. Every batch is crafted with intention, making each massage a mindful, restorative experience that soothes both body and spirit.
